Tyler Waldron, LCSW, is a mental health clinician with extensive experience in treating children with developmental and mental health conditions. Tyler began working with children with autism as an undergraduate student under the supervision of Dr Joshua Feder, M.D., an internationally recognized expert in the field of autism. 

Tyler earned a Master's Degree in Social Work at San Diego State University, a program that established core values of service, dignity, and the importance of human relationships. After graduate school, Tyler worked as a psychotherapist and later a program manager of a children’s outpatient psychiatry clinic. During his tenure in the mental health field, Tyler demonstrated leadership and innovation through participation in research and implementation of evidence-based treatments. Tyler came to Positive Development with the goal of developing a program that respects the uniqueness of each client by providing care that is individualized and centers on partnering with each family.
